Does anyone know a map that uses this tree prefab mod?

Nope. Those are not from the prefab. WarBoss also uses some other tree models on Eledan. I did send him a link to this prefab, mby we will see them on the new map he's working on. I also decided to make a version of Geiselsberg with those trees. Since Geiselsberg has very thin forests. Though progress is slow.

Keep updating us about this, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one seeking good stuff around the logging department.

Did a lot on Eledan the past month, ended on my own, so, I started a new save on Axxe Mountain, actually clearing the whole center map to put the GC placeable sawmill and have a bit of fun with it.
If for any reason you'r interested in, my dedicated server is located in EU (FR exactly).

What is your server name?
There is also a very good map "Ramna" by "WarBoss" also. Very large with vast forests. But might get performance issues on slower PCs.

Conifer trees prefab confirmed on new map by WarBoss.
I'm almost done with Geiselsberg Forestry Edition. Slowly loosing my mind from the ammount of trees I had to place.

Busy weekend, no time to log, even less to check the forum :p

Had to shut it down for a couple of days, had some issues to solve, nothing related to the dedicated server, but hosted on the same machine.
