Having trouble learning controls on Switch

Hi all... Sorry for being dumb here. I have played Farming Sim 17 on my computer. I wanted it on my switch. I have Farming Sim20 on my switch, and I get in the combine to harvest the wheat (first step) and I don't want to hire a worker. I want to drive it myself. I can't figure out how to lower the harverster thing... If I press A, it hires a worker. Y kicks me out, B drops the implement (whatever its called) - I can't progress unless I let the worker harvest. Am I missing something? Please help!!
