Helper has stopped unexpectedly

Hello. My profile name is Starr Fighter and I am playing on Eureka Farms. On field 10, when I hire the worker, it harvests 1 row of whatever is planted. Then I get a message that says "Helper has stopped work unexpectedly-reason unknown." This happens ALL THE TIME. It does not find another way to go into other rows to complete the task. Can you fix this situation so that when I hire worker it completes the tasks. Thank you. Starr Fighter
