Game Save/Mod issue via Epic Games

Hi All,
I have FS19 purchased via Epic Games. It has been running fine for over a year then suddenly FS is not accessing or updating the local game save/mod data in user/Documents/MyGames/FarmingSimulator19. Has anyone had this issue?
Via EPIC I've tried: verifying the game, complete uninstall and reinstall, deleted the entire folder to see if it will recreate as it should do on first install. No luck.
All my installed mods still show in ModHub. I can create new games, save then re-open them however data is not saved to the local drive... It would appear Epic Games is pulling/saving data via their cloud??.. its got me stumped.
I can't check the Log.txt as its vanish...
