PS5 and Sony Playstation Network problem

To anybody who have PS4 and PS5 on the Sony Playstation Network are you having problems loading your game and using the Mod Hub? I have been having problems with the game freezing and the main page locking during startup. It happened on my PS4 Pro from mid February on PS4 Pro till I got a PS5 in August. I was expecting the PS5 to not have the problem but it is still there. I do have other games off the Playstation network that do not have this problem at the present time. Anybody have any ideas to fix this?
