FS19 will not start with dlc installed

FS19 will not start when I have any DLC installed on my pc. it starts fine when I uninstall them but as soon as I reinstall the game crashes on the start-up screen.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling FS19 and all DLC, I have tried deleting the shader_cache folder and game.xml and gameSettings.xml, but nothing seems to work. also tried updating the driver and windows.
