Transfer my saved game from android to my new nintendo switch

Hi! I have played om my mobile phone and come quite far in the game and even bought coins at some time in the beginning and i recently got a nintendo switch so i wonder if i can somehow transer my save game from my android phone to my nintendo switch? Please help. The game i am playing is farming simulator 20
