Modifying Bunker Silo

Hi,
I'm trying to make the height of the pile lower in a bunker silo. Currently I have a ramp heading up to the back of the silo but while I'm tipping the chaff always ends like about 5 feet above the wall. Is this a set distance above the walls or something? I can't find anything on changing this anywhere. Any help is appreciated!
