Its really annoying after so many people have paid not only for the game, but for dedicated rental servers too...
I personally have purchased the game twice. Once via Steam and directly through GIANTS so I can run my own server.
Please, at least let people know you are aware of the problem.... Its realy bad PR to stay quiet on this.
