Axis distance/Wheel base

New to the series, I'm looking for some information from the expert users.
While I was configuring some keybinds, I noticed a couple one "increase/decrease axis distance" in the vehicle driving category, for which I did not find any matching vehicle/context where it was used. Could you guys please help me sort that out ?
In the "inputbinding.xml" file it does relate to AXIS_WHEEL_BASE, but never get to find the use for it.
