Cannot connect Logitech G920 to FS22

Hello,
I have just installed farming simulator and am excited to get started; however, my Logitech G920 wheel and pedals has not been detected by the game. I have tested the wheel with other games and it is detected and works fine right away.
I have tried a number of fixes. The in game enable controllers setting is set to true, I have also tried changing the .xml game file, deleting the profile templates, and a few other things. Still nothing.
Can someone please help me out? I don't want to play the game if I cannot get my wheel to work I'll just return it.
Let me know if you guys have any ideas.
