Fix for save file not loading, framerate stuttering and glitching trees

after the last time i posted a video fix it was bothering me that while the stuttering seemed gone, the flickering texture issue kept replicating itself, so i started messing around some more and turns out disabling nvidia shader cache in the control panel completely fixed the problem.

Thank's for the tip !

I could not find the shader cache setting, until I figured out it was in the general 3D settings Tab, not in the specific apps settings.
