Does anyone have a list or know the growth time for each crop in FS22. As in how many hours they each require to the first stage of harvest.

Should be fairly easy to figure out, looking at the growth calender.
And there is only one harvest stage, not 3 like in FS19.

1. I don't use seasons, if it's turned off then the growth calendar is removed.
2. The calendar just gives a monthly growth guide, and it doesn't really give you a time in hours. In 19 if you were on the game's default setting, I believe one cycle of growth was (6) hours, and all crops grew equally, with 22 that's all gone out the window.
With 22 it all depends on how many days you have in a month set to, One Day/month being the fastest. I found a video with these settings, and from plant to finish, just about everything matures to the first stage of harvest between (4) - (8) days.

You should look at the crop calendar, even if you aren't going to use it. The only real difference between having "seasons" on or off is what months you can plant. Everything still takes the same time to grow as with seasons on. Some take eleven months some 9 or 10, each crop has it's own time to grow, thus you should look at the calendar, there are "cheat sheets" around telling you in a table format too...

• Poplar 13 months
• Canola 11 months
• Sugarcane 10 months
• Wheat 10 months
• Barley 9 months
• Cotton 8 months
• Sunflowers 7 months
• Potatoes 7 months
• Olives 7 months
• Grapes 6 months
• Soybeans 6 months
• Corn 6 months
• Sugar Beet 5 months
• Oat 4 months
• Sorghum 4 months
• Grass 2 months/ 3 months
• Oilseed Radish 1 month

Although you can harvest grass after 2 months, you get a better yield after 3 months.

Tranceformer81 thanks,
I take it this is based on settings of 30 days/month?

1 day a month or 28 days (28 is the maximum days you can choose) - a month is a month.

Not sure where you got your data but irl each variety have a different growing day. Also for my corn the earliest I plant is 101 day and the latest is 119 day. Your information says 2 to 3 months that would only be 60 to 90 days. Also for oats, we planted late March and harvest in middle of July to late July, so that's 4 months. Soybeans we plant in April and combine late Sept to early October, so that would be 5 to 6 months.

That’s because the “day” length measurement refers to how many “good growing days” it takes to get to pollination. It still needs to finish out and dry down to a harvestable state. There’s also like stated above by Illinois farmer different types of seed. To give you an example we had a hot ass summer and I watered the heck out of my sweet corn. It was ready for eating around 100 days. Take in to account that compared to field corn it hasn’t finished growing or dried at all and you can see where you’re incorrect on the times. As far as the grain crops grow it is kind of silly they only allow winter planting and not spring as well but their time frame isn’t really wrong either for what for what their climate likely is. The crop goes dormant in the winter like grass than starts up earlier in the spring.
