Map conversion

Hello, I'm new to all this. Can I get some help please with a map conversion. I want to convert a fs15 map to a fs22 map, my question is how can I do it or can it be done?
Knowing my luck you probably have too convert it fs17 then too fs19 and then on too fs22.
Which would be ok. Just have to buy all the games to get it too work.
