I keep getting this error no matter what I do, there are no errors in the log for the mod what so ever, nothing i do works, and it prints this error in the iconGen log everytime.

Have you downloaded the latest version? (1.0.3)

I can't open the icon generator, before opening the executable, it gives an error, these are the errors that appear in the logfile
