Spot Spraying breaks spray effect

I recently added spot spraying to the Hardi Rubicon 9000 and it seems to work but the spray effect broke so that it appears to not be applying herbicide when it is. I have limited experience with modding and used the john deer and kevernland as reference. Any and all help is appreciated. I'll attach the XML as it wont let me attach the full zip or even the modDesc.
