Can somebody assist me? I'm trying to play a multiplayer game on the XBox Series S with one of my pals, but I keep receiving an error message that reads "No connection could be formed."

What can I do to make this better?

hello! Exactly the same thing happens to me... and I have not received a response from giants... I join any game, including that of my friend who we always play and it charges 10% and tells me the connection cannot be established. poor of everything my internet is fine.
