Is it possible to sell etc Grass,Wheat,Potatos from one farm to another farm?

Yes, but it's a manual thing with (price) negotiation between the multi-player players.
-- As in there's no in-built game process/mechanics for one farm to sell goods to each other, just transfer money. That I'm aware of. More than happy to be corrected.
Although I don't use it, there's an "invoices" mod on the ModHub (https://www.farming-simulator.com/mod.p ... tle=fs2022) which would probably be most useful for doing as you ask.
