After planting alfalfa on field 15, it showed it was growing or ready to harvest on the map, but there wasn’t plants growing, and after I harvested “nothing” it showed the windrows or harvested alfalfa. Then, when I went to bale it, it wouldn’t drop it because I had too many bales even though I didn’t have any.

Did you tell Lancyboi this on FB where he ask for feedback?

Giants won't as it's down to the modder, I have seen mention on his FB about an issue he is aware of with alfalfa not sure it's the same issue you have as I didn't pay it much attention.

Alfalfa still does not work on ps4 on the stone valley 22 map..

For optimal growth, plant Alfalfa in fall or spring. If spring's your choice, sow seeds after the last frost.
