Precision Farming popup

Is there any way to get rid of the You've just installed Precision Farming Mod, Popup?

It's quite annoying that it comes up ever single time you load a save.

Im not getting that on ps5. Maybe just an issue with a particular platform? I'm guessing you have already tried uninstalling the mod and reinstalling it. But if you haven't idk if it would hurt your savegame.

Have you updated to the latest version of Precision Farming released today on the Modhub? I'm not using the new version yet and don't get that popup, only when loading a new save for the first time with the mod active.

You can go into your gamesettings.xml file and find the section:

<precisionFarming initialized="true">
<settings>
<inputHelpDisplay state="true"/>
</settings>
</precisionFarming>

And have a playing with change the True to False and vice versa to see if that disables the popup.

Thanks for this, I looked at the xml for a bit and didn't see anything like this so it will definitely help.

I figured it out, turns out it was a ME problem lol

I had set that file, read-only so things wouldn't arbitrarily change, and forgot to set it back for the PF update.

All is well on it's own after letting the game write to the file
