5-I use it often looks good and I haven't found any issues.
4-I use it often and it has minor visual issues but still useable.
3-Looks good but has functionality issues.
2-Doesn't look good or work properly.
1-Game breaking issues (I.e. causes glitches in the game or makes it freeze)
