So I got a shifter for my Logitech G29, so I can use manual with clutch. But the issue is the game keeps unbinding the clutch pedal every. single. time. I enter a vehicle. Doesnt matter if I just started up the game or just switched vehicles, the game unbinds the clutch. In the menu it appears binded in, but vehicles refuses to start because "Clutch is not pressed", while I'm pressing the clutch down as it needed.

I had the same issue, then I found out that the mod Realistic Cab View was the culprit, so I deleted it and now it works perfectly for me with a G27
