[WIP] Smaller Tender from Planters, Seeders and Lime (ers?)

I wanted a smaller auger wagon to fill my smaller field equipment. Preferably one that could be pulled by a pickup truck. The auger wagons in the game are HUGE.
Kinze wagon 851 in the background for scale, and that is one of the smaller in-game auger wagons. WIP in foreground.

It will be able to hold two different products in each of the bins.
A capacity of 3524 liters in each bin, for a total capacity of 7048 liters.
It will be great for refilling seeders/planters that use seeds and dry fertilizer.
