grape vines will grow yet not give anything when harvested although will change texture

i do not know how long this has been going on for, as ive only recently started doing grapes, however it does it for all placeable crops, olivea ect

above is the log, i noticed the new holland grape harvester has an issue as it has no working width?

And, what map is this?
Is it the same on one of the default maps, with the same mods (except for the map mod)?
