Quite clearly your faultπŸ˜‰.I work with mobile crushers and screens and I grease my machines to the manufactures specs daily or weekly.The bearings on my machines go to well over 5 years/10000 hours.I think you haven’t been applying grease to your equipmentπŸ˜‰πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Not your week and you could have it fixed within the hour if you had the parts which the dealer usually has plenty stocked.

Apparently whoever was in charge of fabricating the baskets or at least the end caps had started celebrating Friday evening in the morning. Or celebrated the weekend to hard and was still feeling the effects Monday. :lol:

in the video, right at the start, you can see the left roller slightly out of alignment as it wobbles up and down. As it would if the bearings were shot.
