FS 17 vs 20 for Swtich (comparison)

I bought FS 20 for Switch a year ago and its really a hot mess. The list of complaints is too numerous to hash out here. Has anyone out there played both FS 17 and FS 20 for Switch? Is FS 17 a better/improved experience? As far as I can tell FS 20 was a complete rewrite and they basically ran out of time and had to cut corners and drop features left and right, so I'm hoping its predecessor (FS 17) is somehow better. Any thoughts?

Fs17 was the pc/console version that also made it to switch. After 17 they no longer put the main game on switch, only the mobile version which is a scaled down version of the game
