Multiplayer issues

hi.
i'm currently working on a 4 x map and wanted to test it using the multiplayer option, unfortunateley it crashes as soon as the 2nd person joins.
everything with in my xml's look the same as other playable maps, the only error that was in the log file read :no vehicle navigation cost map found..
can anyone help.
