Mods on website not donwloadable in-game ?

Why, when there are 2 versions of a mod, one Lizard and one real brand, Can I not download the branded one from in-game and only from the website?
I suppose this is intentional?

If it is not a licensed brand, it has to be Lizard for console players.

They put pc/Mac and console mods on the site. If it's not on your console hub then it's a pc mod. If you look at the description it will say which platform it's for

Make sure you displaying all mods and not just crossplay only if your on pc, should be an option on the bottom of the screen.
