[FS22] Game Saves Disappearing

Greetings all. Hope I find you well.
So my issue seems to be twofold. If I play a game of FS22, the game autosaves as normal, but any manual saves seem to take a really long time. When I quit the game entirely (as in back to desktop), and load back in, the game save is completely gone. There are no saves at all. All empty.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
