My game wont synchronise

Ive been trying to join this multiplayer game for a week now and i cant get it to work it doesnt stop synchronising and if i click my game crashes
anybody knows how to solve this it is NOT a server issue since i can join on geforce now but i dont want to wait 15 min every hour
