Containers holding logs is the dumbest thing I've ever seen

Seriously Giants?, You're going to make people load logs into the back of containers to transport and sell?

Who's bright idea was this?, you want to get more people to log and you pull this dumb idea.

🙄

They’ve absolutely lost the plot. The physics can’t handle an excavator swinging a single log you mean to tell me a tin box full of them isn’t gonna end up orbiting mars?

The business model is now making money off of pointlessly shiny new equipment over and over again, guess we can look forward to “Deforestation Simulator 23” next year.

I am sure the physics are changed a bit, seems like it from videos shown so far.
And, you don't have to use the containers.......
You both seems a bit narrow minded, and have locked on to only one thing, that you, wrongly might I add, thought wasn't done in real life.

Personally I hold on judgment on this, as with every mod/dlc/game/etc until I have actually tried it myself.
I'm looking forward to Volvo joining the franchise, to the yarder and winches. Both those will be nice for the console players.
Personally I would like to be able to use the yarder for a bale run, but fear that won't be possible.

People are sceptical enough about a logging map without adding more work, where is the work to reward ratio in loading logs like this?

It's something different, yes it will be tricky but where's the fun of it making it easy. You don't have to do this

Pretty sure it doesn't have to be done that way. It's just another way to transport and sell. Typically they are loaded in containers when being shipped overseas

From what i saw on the earlier videos the logs dont get picked up staight when picking up a few at a time , so now they come up with the idea to pick up one log at a time to put in a container , wonder how thats going to work or if the grab just basically drops it through the roof of the container to pretend it has pushed it in .
This is the last time i get the season pass and i have not been impressed with very much at all this year
Things have been that slow on my seasons farm so far i have only managed to afford five fields and nowhere near being able to afford to try out grapes and olives but then my wife and i so far have only put in 181 hours on this version

But you have the gravity wagon to haul logs in too

That was not what you said, until proven wrong. It was a typical troll style comment that was very ignorant on the subject of logging. I worked in intermodal for over 15 years, you wouldn't believe what they put into containers.

I think he's not happy because he doesn't see it in the UK?
