No tires/wheels on certain maps?

I have been running FS22 for about a month now. Flawlessly on "very high" settings. I downloaded a couple maps, and vehicles spawn with no tires or wheels. Just sitting flat on the ground. One map, the vehicles won't load in the shop viewer. The loading indicator just continuously spins. Any ideas?
