Steering wheel and using analog in menu

Hey. I bought Logitech heavy equipment bundle steering wheel.. Steering wheel works in game, I can move etc but I have problem with moving in game menu by using left analog.. Is there a way to fix that? I tried changing key binding but it didn't work for me.
