i don't know why, but my vehicle operating costs is 0, how i can set this parameter or find why it's 0 ?

it will only change if you repair your vehicles, if you dont repair or repaint them it will stay at zero

It seems you came from fs17 maybe or are new to the franchise. Either way welcome to fs22! So in fs17 they introduced repair costs but it was handled automatically at the end of the day. In 19 they introduced manual repairing and now in 22 they have put some polish and shine to it. You need a workshop for starters. There is an in-game workshop for $25,000 if memory serves but there are a whole slew of really cool workshops on the modhub including a toolbox you can carry around with you. Park your vehicle in the indicated area of your workshop (the toolbox doesn't have a marker but put the box handles facing your machine(s) and you should see the key prompt in your f1 help. Repairing and painting in 22 are not the same and painting does nothing for performance and is expensive so unless you just constantly want clean paint, I wouldn't worry too much. Also make sure you repair AND repaint before you sell anything as it actually raises the value by a fair degree and you will pull ahead a few extra bucks for your effort.
