Xbox Multiplayer

Anybody on Xbox know why every time I try to join a friends online session, it says: “Could not connect to the multiplayer game”? Internet is all good, all the mods I need are installed, server settings on their end are all okay. I feel like it’s a Giants issue and it’s not the first time it’s happened. Getting annoyed that it’s happening over and over…
