Huge Fps drops and lag spikes! Good pc

Hey guys! I just fired up my fs 22 after I got my new pc. I haven't played the game in a while but I thought that with a new pc everything should be more than ok. My old PC barely ran 60 fps unlocked with low settings. But it was silky smooth with now stuttering or frame drops.
Here I am with a new PC and huge frame drops.... Unlocked framed standing still is around 180-200 but as soon as I just nudge my mouse It drops down to around 5 and freezes. Then it comes back up.... I've run around the map changed settings like a lunatic and watched mulitple videos regarding frames and settings. Removed my shaders and everything. Nothing works. Is there anyone that has a solution or should I just drop the game and go back to fs 19?
New pc specs
GPU: Radeon 6700XT
CPU: Ryzen 7 5700X
RAM: 32GB 3200mhz
M2 1TB
This pc should slaughter this game compared to my old pc! So what is the problem???
