Black River - Unable to sell field 55

If you try to sell field 55 (121) you get a message saying "You cannot sell this land while you still own placeable objects on it. You have to sell these objects first."
I haven't placed any objects on the field. Initially I thought it could be the windmill causing it but you can't seem to remove this.

On another note, Is there any reason why numbers don't match field numbers when purchasing land?

for number 1:
It's the way the map is setup. It could be the windmill. By buying the land, you also buy the windmill. As you can not remove it, modder has set it up to be not removable.


for number 2:
It's because one plot of land can contain multiple fields. And setting up plot of land and fields are two different processes while creating a map.
Since the game version enabling the platinum expansion, land plots need to have individual identifiers for those new jobs (dead tree removal, rock removal). Before this version, they simply did not have any numbers at all.
