Mostly Textures.com which is free, or I buy at various sites that offer textures for sale.

I use pixabay, free texture without attribution.

I use textures from previous FS versions updating as necessary, create my own from photo's I have taken and adapt textures from various websites that post CCO textures like sharetextures.com.
I have noticed that there are some websites that host free CCO pictures then change the licence and charge for them.

When possible, I try to use textures in the base game, to reduce mod file size.
