Hello guys, I did a lot of google and forum search before posting that but in case there is already a thread I'm sorry.
I was playing on Felsbrunn 22 and majority of fields were on state fallow.
So I looked in the savegame and edited fields.xml so problem solve (appears that when using start in spring mod it triggers a lot of fallow fields)
But after doing that I start questionning myself, is there a possibility that NPC growths random crops? Should be just incredible instead of harvesting same crop again and again in the same field.

It's always been random...if you're playing with seasonal cycles on depending on the growth chart it might be post harvest season in spring so there will be a lot of fallow fields, but should have cult, plow and fer contracts

For this save I deactivate seasonal growth, that's maybe why I got all that fallow.
What's the purpose of the field.xml then? Just prevision for the next crop ?

Ok I find out what was the problem. With Start in Spring mod, it puts fallow all over the place and once I skipped into April next year it was resolve. Thanks a lot.
