Lizard Liquid Fertilizer Wagons not filling

How to you even fill these things? I can't find a trailer or a fertilizer fill station to get them to fill with liquid fertilizer. Is there something in the xml file that can be changed so these things fill?

Buy liquid fertilizer(shop, under pallets), drive up next to it with whatever tool you wanna have filled, and in your top left (F1 help menu) you will see something pop up: refill, refill sprayer or something like that. On some stuff you need to open cover first, but if needed that will pop up in that menu as well.
