I'm currently playing the Michigan Map and I've noticed that "rolling" after planting a crop isn't "required" anymore and doesn't seem to make any difference.
I know that since the last update, various ground textures have changed.
Any thoughts?

I see that it's on the testing list so maybe your issue will be fixed with that when it gets updated
