No response on support page

Hi im having issues with FS22 game on PS5 where game starts to randomly lag as soon as I start driving offroad and dust comes from wheels or while harvesting which really makes the game hard to play. I've been emailing support for 6 months and always ended up with automated response. I've made several topics on Bug tracking page and they have *NEW* stamp on it to this day. I'm hopeless at this point.
