Field suddenly turned to grass (I didn't seed it), now not even a plow will change it to a field again.

I'm having an issue where half a field suddenly turned to grass. I was surprised as I hadn't seeded this field, but I thought maybe the AI worker went over there and did it as the AI loves to go do crazy things on me.

However, not even a plow will change it back to field. Physically on screen the plow or cultivator changes the soil, but according to my map and the AI workers and my seeder, there is no field, it is still seeded and growing grass.

Help?
