Not being paid properly for products

Apologises if this has already been addressed somewhere (i did search but nothing has come up relating to my issue).
I've sold honey and eggs today. I was supposed to get £1,700 for the honey and £2,000 and something for the eggs. What I actually received was £17 for the honey and £13 for the eggs. Does anyone have any ideas why this has happened?
