Road trip achievement bugged?

I have been trying to get all the achievements unlocked for fs22 on PlayStation and the road trip achievement has been stuck @ 73 for the longest time. I have started new maps, reinstalled the game, deleted all the saved games and started over from scratch, everything I can think of. I have driven cars around for over a hour and doesn’t change. I have well over 150 hours playing the game so I’m thinking it should have popped by now. It is the last achievement I need. Is it bugged? Do I need to not run any mods from modhub to get it?
