Changing color of lights and lightbars on vehicles fs22

Hello, I admit im a complete noob at this, but im trying my best to get better. I have learned a lot lately but can't seem to find a way to change the color of lights and or lightbars. Example would be headlights and beacons. I hope im not being stupid and missing something during my search. Any advice would be greatly appriciated. Thank you.
Side note: I am legally blind and wanting to change the colors to something I can see better.

Color of lights can be changed in the i3d file.
You need to select the respective light and change light color in the attributes panel.

i am also trying to change the color of my lights but what im looking to do is actually change the color the lights shine and or flash such as taking an amber light bar and changing it to different colored flashes like red blue green ETC. So i was wondering how would i do that?
