Easy going 24/7 server needs farmers

Going to start a new adventure on a Polish map called Rogatki with multifruit and production add-on by Jinkou89. Map has plenty of wooded areas that I'd like to convert to production plots, you can build your own farm there as well and operate from there. Place there, vinery, pallets,barrels factory, slaughterhouse, fruit yoghurt factory, etc...
Need help from sensible thinking farmers.
Playing with most of the DLC's
Server is located in London, the main language is English(although it's not my first language).
No minimum play time or any kind of those types of restrictions.
Anyone up to the task? Please pm me for any details.
