Game crashing before loading

can someone help me my gam crashes before loading and in log in shows this Error: Shader archive 'shared/shader_dx11_q1_s4_t2_v1_r0_v50_f50.sharc' cannot be found.

I tried removing shared archive and reinstalling the game it doesng work
please help
