I just wanted to know why there is such a high slot count on the frontier map on console.

I would guess all the buildings and walls and details judging by the pictures on the hub.

Yea I thought of that too maybe I will try removing some of that and see what happens.

The map is 3/4 of a gigabyte so quiet large

the amount of slots is not determined by the mb of the map but by how the 3d objects present from the general optimization and from other details present in the map are made

I know that but typically, bigger file sizes have more details or objects on the map
