Server problems

Going on I think week 3 or 4 now of multiplayer server problems. Sometimes the servers show up right away, other times they do or when they do you get an error saying, "Cannot connect to multiplayer server". This is getting really old..there's been NO word from Giants about this and we're over here just hoping things work each time we play. Sorry, but this is not how a live service should be ran. Giants needs to start communicating with the playerbase more because honestly, people are gonna get tired of this on an every other day basis.
